We, the young people of "Les Biscottes", in Lille, we were fed up with seeing the dope rotting our neighborhood." In May 1993, the hunt for drug dealers began by young people who were taken for vigilantes. A revolt in the district which surprises everyone when it appears on television. Yet nothing has changed. Unemployment is still there. Concern for the future is present, violent and tender at the same time.
