Kong A Maneng Prince was born on February 26, 1976 in Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 2010, he left his job and country to attend film training in Benin. During his studies, he directed three short films in 2013: Amour sans pardon, Le péché saint, Stigmate d'une prêtresse.
