Algerian by my father, Sicilian by my mother, I was born in Tunisia. This land was the birthplace of my parents but also of my Sicilian grandparents, some of whom are even buried there. I set out to rediscover my Sicilian family, scattered between Italy and France, in exile since decolonization.
