Pezhuba Pachena is a multi-disciplinary performing Arts ensemble, which comprises of 15(9 males, 6 females) skilled and talented performers who provide entertainment to a wide audience depending on the environment. . Pezhuba Pachena is Nambya meaning the sun that brings brightness; if something is bright it stands out to be seen and to see. Synonymous with the Hwange sun which is known for being very hot, the groups' performances are just as hot and one cannot run away from them as they generate a lot of heat from the performers to the audience and just makes you want to move along.
 
Pezhuba Pachena also plays a percussive musical combination of marimba, djembe, dance and vocals.  Through marimba the group plays a variety of musical styles that includes Zimbabwean traditional songs, Afro-fusion, jazz, house, gospel, afro-pop and classical sounds. Members of the group respectively are rich in entertainment experience and have performed on both local and international music festivals (concerts).
To date the experience within the group blends into a unique acoustic feel with an essential rhythmic touch that's refreshing, healing and uplifting sensation that restores our sense of dignity(self pride). The group has also worked with session musicians from all over Zimbabwe, and has collaborated with live bands on numerous occasions.
