On the eve of the commemoration of his father's death, Nisim has a dream in which his father tells him to break a 25-year-old vow and reopen the neighborhood's cinema. His determination to follow through on this dream brings the joy of movies back to the neighborhood, uncovers family secrets, heals old wounds, and, just maybe, reunites true love.
