Emmanuel Quaye started singing at the age of 13 and took up the viola at age 16. Through his determination and perserverance to be one of the best, he joined the Accra Symphony Orchestra and the Masters Chamber Orchestra to improve upon his style on the viola and has featured in several concerts and events. As part of the Afro Mastros Band, Michael performed during the official launch of a new music school dubbed Genius Hive. He has collaborated and performed with other young artistes in various venues all over Accra. 
He stars in the feature drama AZALI (2018), along with Asana Alhassan, Adjetey Anang, Akorfa Asiedu, Peter Richie, Ama K. Abebrese, Mohammed Halfix.
