Arterial Network Kenya [ANK] has been in existence since 2010 and has since been involved in a number of activities, including the monthly Catch-Up events, various advocacy and capacity-building programs both in Nairobi and within the counties, and more recently, the Artwatch Africa workshop and a regional seminar on African Women in Cultural Leadership [AWCL].
In all these activities, we have achieved a good deal of success and are looking to build on this success in the coming years.
To this end, we invite all members for an Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is planned for 25 April 2015 from 11am at Kuona Trust Visual Art Centre to discuss and explore the continued role and significance of Arterial Network Kenya nationally as well as regionally.
The agenda for the AGM will include:
• Welcome and apologies
• Matters arising from meeting held on 6th of December 2014 at Kuona Trust.
• Annual reports (financial and activities for the year 2014).
• The challenges (Structural, Organizational, financial) and the way forward.
• Election of the new Steering Committee
• Any Other Business (AOB)
We respectfully urge you to attend the meeting. Your participation and input is of great value to ANK.
