Mansa: An Ode to Self Exploration is a short film written and built around the song "Mussulo" by the musician Mansa.
We wanted to create a visual identity of a moment when our world can be instantly turned upside down when we meet someone who dares to be in a different way from what we thought was expected of us.

A visualization of that moment when identities intersect, helping us to broaden our vision of who we are and what we can be.

Through dance, this film explores the struggle against toxic male stereotypes and their expectations, taking you on a journey through yourself.

This journey can sometimes seem lonely, it can be frightening as well as liberating.
It's a visual metaphor for the most intimate moments of exploration - when we ask ourselves :
Who am I beyond what is expected of me?
