Denis NDELOH (Denis Etiendem NDELOH) is a Biologist, Anthropologist (Biological), Conservationist, Researcher, film director.

He is known for "Baka, The Wisdom of the Forest" (2024, Co-Director).

Denis N. Etiendem studied Human Ecology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, in Belgium. His research and scholarship led to a Master of Science degree in 2008 and doctor of philosophy degree in 2013. His research focuses on traditional ecological knowledge and feeding ecology of Cross River gorillas and Nigerian-Cameroon chimpanzees in the Cross-Sanagha Landscape. Etiendem is a founder of Community-Based Biosynergy Management (CBBM) a Cameroonian non-profit organisation working to foster global person-centered biosynergy through indigenous wildlife monitoring, community forestry and landscape restoration and resilience initiatives. Through CBBM Etiendem and a team of interdisciplinary experts are working with Baka hunter-gatherer communities in southeastern Cameroon to address issues of great apes conservation by conducting long-term monitoring in unprotected forests outside the Dja Forest Reserve-a world heritage site with the goal of developing indigenous-led biocultural conservation strategies. In Canada, Etiendem works for the Nunavut Wildlife Management Board (NWMB) as Director of Wildlife. The NWMB is an administrative tribunal established by Article 5 of the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement to ensure that the management of wildlife takes into consideration Inuit rights of harvest. Etiendem leads a team of four biologists who support the Board's decision-making processes concerning the management of culturally significant species under territorial and federal jurisdiction (bowhead whales, narwhals, beluga whales, migratory birds, polar bear, caribou, muskoxen), in the Canadian Arctic.
