Choreographic conversations is a platform for the development of choreography, dance education and audience building.
This initiative provides a two month working block where two choreographers have the opportunity to create and develop work.
Within this period, the choreographers are required to give an in-studio presentation to an audience and discuss their works, this audience comprises of artists, students, journalists and art curators.
This is a strategy for useful feedback/critic, contemporary dance awareness and as a strategy for audience building.
At the end of this period the choreographers in residency then present their final works followed by an open a discussion with the audience.
