The new image of the presentation of the Festival, "privatized" by the city of Praia, is still being worked on by the winner of the contest, the GMS Entertainement of Gilyto Semedo.
The Festival which, according to the producer, will focus on the Cape Verdean musicians in the country and in the diaspora brings other news as basic joint bands on stage several collective artists, under the title All Star: All Star Cape Verde, All Star Europe, All Star Palop and All Star USA (United States of America) and international groups.
"Every collective will have between five and six artists and a baseband. It will be a real parade of big names and big successes of Cape Verdean music, dozens of styles and rhythms, new proposals and also the all-time classics", says the producer.
The festival of 2013 brings another innovation. The public that want to watch the shows this year will have to pay 200 escudos for the first day and 300 escudos for two days of performances.

Soon after that happens Gamboa Young rhythms give space to young and new Creole talents. The enclosure will be also installed a tent with a poster of national and international dj's with two nights of live shows, on Friday 17th and Saturday, 18th.
