A play written and directed by Rogers Otieno, starring Mwaura Bilal. A Griot tells the story of his first love and rebellious past. Through music, dance and of course narration filled with humor.

In 2010, I created a biographical piece. Little did I know that this play would explore a different form and aesthetic and would re-define "African narration" as we know it. The script has been studied in different schools top on the list being Braeburn Arusha and New York University (African Theater Studies).

I am therefore thrilled to be directing My Moving Home this time round and watch a purely sterling cast execute. It is an experience that I want you, your family and friends to come and share with us.
