In a popular neighborhood, a group of young people (whose specialty is to
drinking tea with drugs) commits rapes and assaults at night. The police are overwhelmed, bandits shift into high gear.
They rape Kandy, a minor girl who is preparing for her school exams. This unfortunate woman is the sister of Paulin, one of their classmates.
Since rape is not the prerogative of these young people, a man of a good social class forces his secretary with a weapon. The distraught secretary decides to embark on the fight against violence against women.
