Miloud is a peaceful and humble Moroccan farmer whose best friend is a donkey named Mabrouk. Lycenia is a young, rich and unpredictable European lady. One day, Lycenia passes by Miloud's covered stall where Mabrouk is. Lycenia, amused by Miloud's wink, decides to buy Mabrouk. She offers a very interesting amount of money to Miloud, and after some time, after obtaining a visa and a passport, Mabrouk is grazing on grass on a big European property. Miloud, on the other hand, has gained enough money to live peacefully. Will the two friends manage to adapt to their knew lifestyles?
