It tells the story of five friends: Abdoulaye Thiam, Mamadou Dia, Abdou Seck, Ibrahima Sissokho and Mbaye Mbao who live in Guédiawaye, a poor suburb of Dakar, the capital of Senegal. Their life and everyday work in a small smithy are not the Everest of their dreams, but to become a Senegalese wrestling celebrity definitely is. Guédiawaye is also home to a famous, successful Senegalese wrestling promoter, headhunter and politician, Ndeye Ndiaye Tyson. For the next wrestling season and the fights she organizes, Ndeye Ndiaye Tyson is going to choose, only one, the most talented boy of our 5 friends.
