Key point of the penitenciary administration, the prison of Fresnes is one of the toughest prison of France. Since already several years, the rehabilitation department of Val de Marne has developed a cultural action program though : workgroups, shows and trainings are builded up with the cooperation of artists from outside. Former prisoners talk about their experiency.
