Blogging has come a long way over time, from the years when it was done predominantly for fun, to current times when it can, and has become a full on career for some. It is laudable that blogging enthusiasts the world over have kept the fire burning and seen to it that the blogging field has grown in leaps and bounds over time. It is this growth that we seek to propagate further with chapters and trainings in different parts of the country.

On Friday January 30th, 2015 from 10.00am to 2.30pm, we shall be at the Dedan Kimathi University of Technology for the first blogging training of this year. It is free of charge and is open to both students and members of the public. We will also be launching a BAKE university chapter Kimathi University on the same day. This will be the second university chapter, the first one being Daystar University. BAKE is in advanced talks with other universities as well on setting up more chapters.

The training is free of charge and will cover the following:
• Blogging as a source of income
• Writing skills and readership
• Blogging ethics
• Social media & online entrepreneurship.

Plan to attend this informative training and learn how you can use blogging to your benefit. Free WiFi will be provided but you need to have a laptop if possible. Remember it is free of charge.
