Bookstop Sanaa

A home for artists, students, educators and researchers.
And those curious about art.

Open: Wed–Fri, 10.00–16.00 (Mon & Tues by appt. only)

Bookstop Sanaa believes that art should be enjoyed and accesible by all. Part of our mission will be to form creative partnerships that will increase Tanzanian practitioners' access to critical art texts and catalogues by public programming topical and relevant issues for exploration and discussion.

The library's emphasis will be on books and media that documents the work of artists of African descent but will endeavour to reflect the global nature of art practice both historically and contemporarily.
