The Dar Choral Society (DCS) is founded on sharing our love of music by making it a bridge between all countries and religions.

The DCS is without a doubt a highlight of the classical music, choral performance scene in Tanzania. With over 70 years of performance history, today, the DCS looks not only to its rich past but to its future as it strives to be a well-disciplined, modern-day choir with the vision of one day performing accompanied by a full orchestra. 

 

The Dar Choral Society meets every Wednesday at the Lady Chesham Nursery School on Haile Selassie Road (opposite Little Theatre), 6:30-8:00pm. If you have a passion for singing and the commitment required to produce great works of art, please join us!
