Pan-African organization apolitical, open to all friends of the FulBe and Peul culture regardless of gender, race, ethnicity and religion.

Tabital Pulaaku International, founded in 2002 in Mali, wants to unite the various associations FulBe around one goal: the preservation of culture and language Fulfulde. A step towards international recognition of this community rich in history and great men.
