Born in Algiers in 1981, Mr. Amokrane MARICHE, was studying broadcasting journalism from 2000 to 2005.
In 2001, he joined the Berber-speaking station of the Algerian Radio, first as a reporter for cultural programmes, and as an executive producer of " moviegoers."
2005, His first test of directing, "it turns? in circles!, "A documentary made at the Institute of Journalism in Algiers on the state and prospects of cinema in Algeria.
That same year, he left the Algerian Radio and participated in the Summer School of FEMIS, a qualifying period of directing documentary in Paris who gives birth to his first short film "Obsessions", selected in several festivals.
Since then, Mr. Amokrane MARICHE is collaborating on several film and television projects as assistant director.
2007, as part of a training on how to make the documentary in Ateliers Varan / Paris, he directed "Ten years already!"? Selected at:

- North African Film Festival of Amazigh Sétif. 2008 (special mention for the direction)
