Mini Bio
Ayla Gottschlich grew up in Berlin. She studied directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. In 2010 she was a scholarship holder at the Academy of Arts in the field of film art. Gottschlich made her debut "The Mandate", which was created in cooperation with the SWR. In 2013 she directed the full-length documentary "Chronicle of a Revolt - One Year Istanbul", created in collaboration with ZDF-Das Kleine Fernsehspiel and Arte. The world premiere was held at the international Festival do Rio. Afterwards she has produced the documentary "Rania's Dream" for Arte, the feature film "A Part Of Me" and the documentary "Lola's Songs" for 3-Sat / ZDF. Since 2018 Gottschlich develops an international series with her company Two Moons Pictures.
