Ph.D. in Comparative Literature and Civilization at the University Paul Valéry-Montpellier III, in June 2007. He was born in Senegal (Rufisque) in 1971, he attended the University Gaston Berger of Saint-Louis. After the Masters, he taught three years in Gabon (1999-2002). He currently teaches comparative literature at the University of Ziguinchor (Senegal).
