Joe Chinguwo Was born on 25th October 1967 in Mkwanda Village, Chiradzulu District. He is a holder of a diploma in Environmental Sciences obtained from Tanzania and works with the Department of Parks and Wildlife as an Environmental Officer. A natural story teller full of realism. Joe has written and published many short stories and poems. One of his great stories The Sacrifice was anthologiscd in Modern Stories 2003
