Ledua knew by the age of 10 that he wanted to be an artist. His motto is "to create something out of nothing". He doesn't always know the story he wants to tell but the story is revealed based on his instinctive choice of colours, line and shapes on the canvas. One of Ledua's passions is to preserve the stories and legends told by his Fijian elders. His paintings of Fijian legends are his way of preserving the Fijian culture and identity for the next generation.

Ledua joined the Oceania Centre is 2000 and has exhibited widely since then, including at the 2006 Red Wave Collective Exhibition in the October Gallery in London, in the Pacific Arts Alliance 'Pasifika Gallery' at The Dreaming Festival in 2007, at the 2007 Pasifika Festival in Auckland and at the 4th Melanesian Arts and Cultural Festival in Noumea in 2010. He has received numerous awards, including twice winning the Fiji Arts Council National Fine Art Award, in 2006 and 2009.
