Marguerite VAPPEREAU is a Associate Professor in Film studies at the Bordeaux Montaigne University.
Her research focuses on the creative process, cultural policies and intermediality through a triple historical, genetic and aesthetic approach. She is a member of the ARTES laboratory (UR 24141). She co-directed two collective works on René Allio with Sylvie Lindeperg and Myriam Tsikounas at PUR in 2013 and at the Presses de La Sorbonne in 2017, a collective work on Armenian filmmaker Artavazd Pelechian with Claire Déniel (Yellow Now, 2016), and, in 2020, a collective work on the Mediterranean center of cinematic creation at PUP with Caroline Renard and Katharina Bellan.
