Moctar "Ndiaga" DIA is a graduate of the University Antenna of Futuroscope (Poitiers). After a master's degree in Communication at the University of Rennes 2 Haute Bretagne, he obtained a DEA ("Master") in communication there. He is finishing his doctoral thesis in Communication.
Moctar Dia worked as an expert in institutional communication and image. He was coordinator of the Forum Commission at the 2010 World Festival of Black Arts (Dakar, Senegal) and deputy head of the 2011 World Social Forum (Dakar, Senegal).
