Nosipho is "one of the most talented, young and driven directors the new wave of South African filmmakers has to offer. Period." At the age of 23, she has already proven herself as a force to be reckoned with, having directed, written, and produced some of the best shows and commercials on local television.

"It's a lifestyle. You have to love this art. And it is art, because you live it everyday. Everyday is a different story, a different adventure. Everyday, there's something else to write, which means everyday there is a new story to tell."

With a stunningly fresh eye for composition and a vested interest in story and development, it's no wonder she's already making a name for herself in the industry. Quite the name indeed…

Originally from Durban but based in Cape Town, Nosipho has directed countless commercials, television pilots, reality TV pilots, lifestyle shows and short films, not to mention her producing body of work or her project running of high-end productions such as "ALL ACCESS MZANZI" on DSTV or "THE A-LIST" on SABC 3.

Nosipho's strength comes from a passion for storytelling and an undying dedication to authenticity and truth in character and artistic direction. Her range of talents allows her to successfully explore various fields within the industry. However, she enjoys no greater pleasure and success than her work as a director.

Being an empowered and highly skilled black woman, grounded with an extraordinary sense of culture and a thirst for developing younger talent, Nosipho has achieved great success as a commercials director with clients such as Herbex and Allan Gray.

The sky is truly the limit for a woman whose work reflects her passion and little doubt remains that she's destined to make waves beyond the local film industry…
