Born in 1957, Olivier Mille is a director and producer.
After earning a DEA in philosophy from the Sorbonne, he taught cinema and literature at the University of Bale in Switzerland for seven years and contributed to several publications as a film critic. In 1986 he directed his first film for television and created the Artline Films production company. Since then he has led a double career as director and producer. He has directed over twenty documentaries and produced more than 120 films (documentaries and dramas) for the main French channels and in collaboration with a number of distributors and foreign partners.
He has been a member of various commissions (CNC, Procirep, etc.) and a jury member at numerous festivals. He was vice-president of USPA, the audiovisual producers' union, and president of the Commission for Television Production at the Procirep from 2007 to 2008.
