Polly Kamukama

Ugandan Journalist/Film critic.

Born in 17 October 1989, in Ntungamo (Uganda). He is Writer (The Observer - www.observer.ug - Africiné Magazine - www.africine.org), Executive (The Mentor - Teen Magazine - www.thementoruganda.com).

He was on May 2013 crowned Most Outstanding Media Personality at the third annual Pearl International Film Festival (PIFF) awards, Uganda.
He is one of the four African film journalists to participate at the Durban Talent Presse 2013 (Durban International Film Festival Durban, DIFF, in South Africa, July 2013). In February 2013, he attended the IFFR 2013 Trainee Project for Young Film Critics, at the acclaimed International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) in Netherlands.
Polly is a Africiné alumni: he was a participant at The FACC Film Critics Workshop organized by the African Federation of Film Critic (AFFC / FACC) during the 2019 Fespaco, in Ouaga, gathering 42 African journalists from 23 African countries.
