Reinaldo Barroso-Spech is co-founder and President of ArtMattan Productions, an independent film distribution company founded in 1993 that produces a number of programs and events to promote Afrocentric theme cultures. With his spouse, Diarah Ndaw-Spech, he is the Co-Director of the African Diaspora International Film Festival (ADFF) in New York with an edition in Paris (France) starting in september 2011.
