Rumbi is a highly motivated and dynamic person who has worked on several international productions in Africa and North America. She is a writer/director determined to produce innovative, new films for an international audience.
Director Rumbi Katedza won the ?Most Promising Emerging Filmmaker' award at the Images of Black Women Film Festival 2008.
Former director of the Zimbabwe International Film festival, she is studying for an MA in Filmmaking at Goldsmiths College in the United Kingdom.
