Sincere Kotoitubou is a young dancer with Rako Pasefika. She joined in 2009 when the group was starting to grow. After one year of learning Pacific Island Dance and Contemporary Island Dance she started performing in 2010. Since that time she has been performing regulary all over Fiji and as a contracted intern with Rako she also travelled to international festivals, such as the "Dreaming" in Brisbane and the "Homeground"at the Sydney Opera House. Sincere is also playing the guitar and singing.
