Tiecoura N’Daou is a young artist graduated of The Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers Multimédia of Bamako in Multimedia section. His talent spreads in a plural practice centered around multimedia and video.

The last video of Tiécoura, The inside and the outside presented in the African Photography Encounters of Bamako 2009, gives a perfect idea of its approach where intervene its favourite themes as the presence, the transparency, the passage. He investigates the time, by staging his absence or rather his suspension. He finalizes a work close to the painting but by turning to the technological supports of video.

His work is characterized by a big sense of the narrative and its progress, a prolific imagination, the deep empathy with its subjects, a very personal aesthetics, a real precision in shooting, a sure capacity to restore complex atmospheres, nostalgia or anxiety of the time which passes. He produces a very strong poetic and original work.
