"The main aim of the festival, which is held annually in April, is to promote a spiritual awareness of God while exposing the talents of gospel artistes in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Shows are held around the country in song, dance, drama and poetry crossing all religious and denominational barriers.
With inspiring gospel messages rendered in rhythms of reggae, soca, soul and even hip-hop, interest in the event has been phenomenal. International artistes such as Papa San and Stitchie of Jamaica, Delano Primus of Trinidad, have created great excitement. The festival climaxes with two nights of showcases the final Saturday and Sunday nights in April 2006 featuring the best of St. Vincent and the Grenadines'Let all the people praise thee'."
