Hosted by Arterial Network and Association Racines/ Arterial Network Morocco, the 4th African Creative Economy Conference (ACEC) will take place in Rabat at the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco, from the 13th to the 15th of November 2014. The ACEC 2014 will be preceded by Arterial Network's General Council (10-11 November), where Arterial Network members address national and regional programmes.
