Recently in Arusha SLOWLY but surely, the arts scene in Arusha Region appears to be picking-up. One person, who says he is geared to do all within his power, to make this a continuous living reality, is the Manager of ‘Via Via Cultural Cafe,' Michele Dessi.

From a location adjacent to the National Natural History Museum (NNHM) there, on Boma Road, he told the ‘Daily News' that he wants to make this site a central place for cultural events in the region. Thi
