Houna met Manny in a summer afternoon, in the USA emigration office compound. The film draws its inspiration from two recent tragedies which have happened in Boston where 361 immigrants working in a factory have been arrested and repatriated, which has separated them from their children. This happened after the 11th September 2001 terrorist attack in USA. Since then, immigrants are confronted to a hostile atmosphere in this country well-known for its legendary tradition of hospitaly.
