Tagne Willam, known as Twilliam was born in 1983 in Douala, Cameroon, where he lives and works today. He painted « Stolen Childhood », specifically  for the right to education and development of the children. He calls himself « victime of a wasted childhood », because he was out of school early, and chained up to small trade and shunting jobs in the constructions sites.
