The film is based on a true story set in the city of Aden around 2019. It tells the story of the struggle of a couple with three children after the parents lost their jobs due to the country's economic crisis. When the mother discovers that she is pregnant with a fourth child, she decides to have an abortion. A difficult decision in a conservative society.
